Ginny Krueger, PCAM®, AMS®, CMCA® - President
Ginny joined Today Management in 2006 and was named President of the company in 2007. She has sixteen years of property management experience to include hotel, multi family and association management. Prior to Today Management, she worked for the parent company, Associa, for nearly seven years as President of their Austin, TX operation and a Vice President of the Maryland operation. Before that, she spent nearly six years working with one of the nation’s largest property management companies overseeing their Austin region of multi-family housing.
Ms. Krueger is actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI), an association committed to the successful operations of community associations and furthering the education of association managers throughout the country. She has obtained her designation through CAI in Professional Community Association Management (PCAM®) and Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®). She has also been awarded the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designation from CAI.
A graduate of Texas A & M University, Ms. Krueger majored in Psychology.
Kris Thoman, CPM, Real Estate Broker - Controller
Kris Thoman joined Today Management in 1986 as Controller of the company and currently has over 28 years of experience in accounting. Prior to Today Management, she served as division manager for 10,000 multi-family units, managed a non-earning loan portfolio for an investment firm, and held the position of accountant for two firms.
Kris graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Accounting.
Leslie Fellows - Vice President of Management Services
Leslie Fellows is Vice President of Management Services for Today Management. She owned a property management company for 15 years prior to joining the TMI team and has worked in the industry for 25 years. During her career she has been responsible for properties ranging in size from 40 units to 940 units and has extensive experience in finance and budgeting. She holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license through the state of Georgia.
Ms. Fellows has served on numerous CAI committees including the Programs and Education committees. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Georgia Organics and is a mentor for the Habitat program.
She is a graduate of Old Dominion University and holds a degree in Psychology.
