Kelley Brewster, AMS®, CMCA® - President
Ms. Brewster joined the Today Management, Inc. team in 2009 and is currently the President and CEO. She is responsible for setting strategy, directing operations, and leading senior management staff.
Previously, Ms. Brewster served as Chief Executive Officer for a California community management company. She has more than 10 years of experience in the community management industry. Ms. Brewster began her community management career in 1999 and effectively grew that first company by over 300% in less than three years. She has experience overseeing 60+ communities representing annual budgets over $6.5 million. She has also held positions as a business development manager and as a corporate trainer.
Ms. Brewster has been responsible for the development and execution of strategic growth goals, along with guiding the management infrastructure and its support systems. She was also active in client relations, business development, contract management, strategic planning and training.
Ms. Brewster earned degrees in both Human Development and Business Administration while attending Pacific Christian College and California Polytechnic State University. Ms. Brewster is currently active in local CAI chapters, as well as in local community service.
Kris Thoman, CPM, Vice President/Controller
Kris Thoman joined Today Management in 1986 as Controller of the company and currently has over 28 years of experience in accounting. Prior to Today, she served as division manager for 10,000 multi-family units, managed a non-earning loan portfolio for an investment firm, and held the position of accountant for two firms. Kris graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Accounting.
Leslie Fellows, CAM®, CMCA® - Division Director
Leslie Fellows is a Division Director for Today Management. She owned a property management company for 15 years prior to joining the TMI team and has worked in the industry for over 25 years. During her career she has been responsible for properties ranging in size from 40 units to 940 units and has extensive experience in finance and budgeting. She holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license through the state of Georgia, a CMCA certification through CAI (Community Association Institute) and has recently been certified as an Eco Broker.
Ms. Fellows has served on numerous CAI committees including chairperson of the Programs and Education Committee and the CAI Green Committee. She also served for five years on the Board of Directors for Georgia Organics and has been a mentor for the Habitat program. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University and holds a degree in Psychology.
Bruce Hayworth, CAM®, CMCA® - Division Director
Mr. Hayworth joined the Today Management, Inc. team in August 2000 and is currently the HOA Division Director. He is responsible for overseeing the management operation and staff. He has more than 16 years of experience in the property management industry with experience in multi-family and single family dwellings throughout the Atlanta market. He has been awarded the following designations; Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and CAM Community Association Manager. Mr. Hayworth is active in the local CAI chapters as well as in local community service.
Macia Hamirani - Director of Operations
Ms. Hamirani brings with her 25 years of multi-site management experience. Her background consists of nineteen years of single and multi-site management for the Multifamily Housing Industry where she has served a Vice-President and Director of Operations & Maintenance for a top 25 Management firm as well as a portfolio manager. Ms. Hamirani also brings with her five years of hardware and software development, installation and training of Key Control Systems and Lease & Plant Management Software for the industry.
Josh Warren - Director of Maintenance
Mr. Warren joined Today Management team in 2010. Mr. Warren has more than 12 years experience in the real estate industry including construction management and residential design. He holds licenses as both general contractor and real estate sales. Mr. Warren most recently owned his own construction management company responsible for all phases of building and development.
